Chapter 2 FBB Kasey Gould

                As I read the second chapter I connected the family and Rocky Flats. In the second chapter scientists and the people who live around Rocky Flats start to question what the effects of the plant are what they’re doing about it. Their concern goes nowhere and is pretty much ignored. Coincidently Kris and her sister start to question their father’s drinking but ultimately it goes nowhere. At the end of the chapter when people in the community start getting cancer I feel like that will be the turning point of Rocky Flats and they’ll have to be honest and fix their mistakes. At the end of the chapter when Kris’s father gets into an accident I hope that is the turning point of his alcoholism.
