Brittanee Schaible "Group Project" Idea

Someone in class mentioned protesting in the quad...although we never picked what to protest about.  I think that would catch a lot of attention not only from students, but also staff.  This would definitetly have a mark on peoples mindsets and decision making.  Some people may possibly even join and that would be a sure sign of success in getting our point across.  Considering that our class topic is energy we could easily stem off of that idea.  A huge amount of paper is wasted in the computer lab because people just accidentally print too many copies.  Something could be done about that issue, for example maybe having to request paper instead of just having it there.  There are also other things we could protest about such as turning off appliances in dorm rooms when they are not in use.  Either way, the protest in the quad would be worth a shot.
