FBB Chap 6 – Kasey Gould

                In chapter 6 Kristen takes a job at Rocky Flats. I was pretty surprised she would do this considering she kind of knows how dangerous it can be considering she grew up to it her whole life. It was also quite shocking that after Rocky Flats is on ABC Dateline showing how bad the factory is nobody makes a big deal about it. She needs money to support her two boys so I guess she’ll do whatever it takes. Kristen is a good mother but also kind of a bad one in the fact that she takes after her mother in some ways. Moving back by Rocky Flats I think was a terrible idea, she’s now exposing her children as well as herself to all the harmful things coming out of Rocky Flats.
