Chapter 6 Alex Parkinson

Kris is making history repeat itself. There is no other way to say it. She is turning into her mother. After a failed marriage she moves back to the place that caused her so much pain and acting like none of it is real. I can understand her having to move on after the marriage and do what is best for her boys but how is what is best for them to bring them to one of the most dangerous places in the country. Even though before Kris was reluctant to admit it she knows that Rocky Flats isn't a good place, even with it's new name. I don't see how she could subject her kids to the kind of life that she had when she was young. It is obvious that her childhood wasn't great so why would she want that for them? That is what she is doing to them whether or not she realizes it.
