Parable of the Sower (pages 85-125)

Parable of the Sower continues to hold my attention and curiosity. This last section of pages developed the plot immensely. Keith’s death is a reminder to the readers that the outside is dangerous and not to be trusted. On the other hand, it can be hard to stay in your own community forever. The character of Keith was redeemed before his death by wishing his half-sister a happy birthday. However this doesn’t change the fact that Keith was partaking in less than desirable behavior outside the wall. Now that Lauren is contemplating leaving, the story can take some wild turns. Although she would still simply be trying to survive, surviving inside the wall and outside the wall are two completely different stories. Personally, I believe leaving the community will make for a more entertaining story.
